If Pence or Grassley confirm pro Trump electors it's on the Dems to contest.

But 7 states have sent two different sets of electors. An option is there to choose which set of the competeing electors will be recognized. Or just say "hey since, I've got conflicting electors here, I'm not counting either one"

When you say results, I'm assuming you are talking vote talkies?

If so, the people don't vote for the president per the constitution. So again if it's those results you are talking about, it's a moot point, the results I mean. If I understood you correctly that is.

Only electors count. Regardless of voting results.

I see. Well, the Dec 14th thing doesn't trump the constitutional guidelines as the Dec 14th legislation is an act of Congress and the counting of electors during the joint session is constitutional.
