>Grassley confirms pro Trump electors.

Neither Pence or Grassley can do anything without the rest of the Senate. About half are Dems. Plus there are a few RINOs lurking in there. The idea that voted will be thrown out is all hopium.

If Trump will remain in office it will be because a few states' legislatures change their minds or decide to abstain.

All that's left to do in Jan 6 is opening envelopes and 1st grade arithmetic. Those 7 states decide which envelopes to send. And there has been no indication yet that any plan to swap in the Trump electors' votes. Only the states can decide who they vote for (if anyone at all).

The most that the Senate can do separately from the states is reject a set of votes or all the votes. Pence can't do this unilaterally. And I think it's wishful thinking to expect the Dems and RINOs to vote in favor of either of those things.

State legislatures need to step up. They gave 5 days do switch to Trump or abstain.
