So can we all agree that the only way to prove that election was rigged is for POTUS to declass NSA Nov. 3rd data?

If so this should mean that:

1) This mist happen prior to Jan 20th as only POTUS can declas?

2)Voting machines connected to the internet constitute damn near every states individual laws-massive arrests?

3) A rigged election that is proven means no election has taken place at all and therefore Trump may be a 3 term president?2016-2020,2020-2024,2024-2028(if he desired to run again)
