Yes, there are ones that figured out that something is wrong, some even researched on certain diseases and found proper solutions, but those are really rare.

Act properly and you may lose your medical license (that's already a hint that something is really wrong) and you won't earn as many $$$ as the ones that act as they were instructed.
The words alone may cause massive harm.

That alone can make you sick.
Worse yet all sorts of auto immune diseases are even blamed on the patient, which makes the situation even worse.
I talked with a pharmacist some months ago, and asked "what if cancer was curable without these so called chemo therapies"
His answer was: "but then I wouldn't make as much money as right now"
That's literally what he did. That was his first reaction. That's why the system is so corrupt as it is.
It's not about curing people from disease. It's not even about the patients.
