I know next to nothing about constitutional law, that being said, what would happen in a three way race if none of the candidates were able to meet the 270 requirement? I see a lot of call for a third Patriot party, but what good would that do, if the elections were all decided in this manner? The Supreme Court needs to address this now, because I see a lot of elections going this way in the future…
