I think that was because of Bobby Piton. My guess is that there are names on those rolls that Bobby can identify.
Could be an operation that uses the same principle of websites that let you create a fake identity (e.g. https://datafakegenerator.com/generador.php) and they use that to pad voter rolls with fake people in order to not screw the participation % into absurd regions.
That's why Bobby says there are too many people with no other relatives. They could also take valid voters and remove them from the rolls, and replace them with fake ones.
Could be what happened in PA/GA, where PA had to few common names and GA had more. OP maybe took valid PA voters out and gave them to GA to use as fake voters.
Abram's sister got scared when she heard Bobby say Abrams should be arrested, I think, so she wants those names gone before Bobby sees them.
