Scotus is the Roman God of Darkness. His Egyptian counterpart is Kek.

Whole lot of talk of Darkness and Light surrounds him. Given the focus on SCOTUS lately, and the ongoing Darkness to Light theme, this seemed relevant. Plus he's supposed to be purple, which seems relevant to Soros and the color revolution currently taking place.

If there's any truth to it being easier to destroy a demon when you know them by their name, maybe this knowledge will bring about the Godspeed that so many of us are ready for!

Scotus, also known as Erebos or Rapture, is the Roman Primordial God (and Personification) of Darkness whose counterpart is the Greek God Erebus or the Egyptian God Kek.

He is the second ruler of the cosmos along with being a child of the Roman counterpart of Chaos. His wife, Nox, was also his sister. His two children whom are well known throughout myth include Dies, the Goddess of Day, and Aether, God of Light, an ironic fact that the day and light would be the children of night and darkness.

While Erebus is featured little in Greek mythology, Scotus is featured even less, he is mostly known to fathered several other deities with Nyx; depending on the source of the mythology, this union includes Somnus, the Parcae, Senectus, Styx, Charun and Mors.

Scotus, like Erebus has no physical form, as such it is highly difficult to interpret him in an appearance. Like Nox can mainly only be seen as the nighttime sky, Scotus on the other hand can only be witnessed as the shadows and darkness that lurk about and leak in the nooks and crevices of the world itself. However, Scotus is capable of taking a form which looks like a darker copy of his son, Somnus with multiple modern weaponry all around him or a purple humanoid demon.

Power and Abilities

He presumably has the standard powers of a deity, but as one of the Primordials, he is infinitely stronger.

Umbrakinesis: As the embodiment of pure darkness, he has absolute control of darkness itself and is only rivaled of this power by his sister Nox.

He can surround enemies in a space without any light.

He can use darkness to create portals to travel from one place to the next.

He can use shadows to cover oneself in darkness to become invisible.

He possibly see through darkness while his enemies cannot.
