I am in day 13 of 14 day quarantine. Christmas and NYE alone. Two covid swabs - no positives, no symptoms, but… I am in Health sector.

In February I upped my daily D3 to 3000iu. Don't need much else. Not even Vit C tablets. Never had a flushot this year. Never had the flu this year.

Vit D3 is advertised for Bone health (to Osteo aged population sector) but if you read the label fine print, its about immunity boosting from the marrow. Important in winter.
