New Yorkers, Say "NO" To A-416! A dangerous attack on patient rights

If passed it would allow Governor Cuomo to issue orders to:

Arrest and detain citizens who have or are merely suspected of having COVID-19 (or other infectious disease).

Arrest and detain citizens who have been in contact with someone with COVID-19 or merely suspected of having COVID-19 (or other infectious disease).

The detention could last for up to 60 days WITHOUT a court order.

That's not all.

The bill would allow Governor Cuomo to: "TO REQUIRE AN INDIVIDUAL WHO HAS BEEN EXPOSED TO OR INFECTED BY A CONTAGIOUS DISEASE TO COMPLETE AN APPROPRIATE, PRESCRIBED COURSE OF TREATMENT, PREVENTIVE MEDICATION OR VACCINATION."

That's right. Cuomo and his enforcers could force you to take a medical treatment, including a vaccination, if Assembly Bill A416 is adopted.\

Please contact your representatives in the New York legislature ASAP and let them know that these dangerous powers must not be handed to Governor Cuomo, or any other politician or bureaucrat for that matter.
