Pence is a tough one. Seems infinitely grey and insipid and dull. Can talk all day about Covid facts, logistics, operations and plans for example. I could never do that with such a straight, emotionless face for example. I'd have to blurt out that I think it's all bullshit.
So he seemed always on the periphery of importance…. but he got two notes. One at Bush's funeral and one slyly during a shake hand session with Trump. Neither obviously explained………. yet.
