Dominion, Forbes article and timing of purchases: 2017 - 2019 Coincidence?

SOS who bought Dominion- Went looking after the Forbes article. And the timing of the purchase.

https://www.forbes.com/sites/adamandrzejewski/2020/12/08/dominion-voting-systems-received-120-million-from-19-states-and-133-local-governments-to-provide-election-services-2017-2019/?sh=76c29baf620f

Dominion Voting Systems Received $120 Million From 19 States And 133 Local Governments To Provide Election Services (2017-2019)

(Isn't it interesting that this happened after Trump won? And I think all of these states allegedly went for Biden. What a coincidence?)

List of SOS from states in Forbes article. (From Wiki)

Georgia

2019 - Brad Raffensperger (R)

Looks like Raffensperger resonsible for Dominion buy:

Just posting from the article:

"…. According to a legal document from Dominion, New Mexico adopted the voting systems in all 33 counties in 2014, during the term of corrupt ex-Secretary of State Dianna Duran, who was convicted on four counts of felony embezzlement and four counts of misdemeanor money laundering and campaign report violations. She reportedly embezzled $14,000 from her campaign account, which went into her own pocket….."

Arizona

From what I can tell, Maricopa leased new Dominion in 2019

Rah rah link about how nothing is wrong but this interesting piece came from it:

"….. Maricopa County signed a three-year lease with Dominion for its current voting machines. Gilbertson said the county opted to lease them instead of purchasing them out of concerns that technological advancements or changes to federal requirements could make them outdated quickly."

Interesting that a 3 year lease would get them past the Trump related elections.

FYI - elections department spokeswoman Megan Gilbertson

2015 - 2019 Michele Reagan (R)

2019 - Katie Hobbs (D)

New York

2011 - 2016 Cesar A. Perales (D)

2016 - Rossana Rosado (D)

(Did not find specific information)

Pennsylvania (In Pennsylvania SOS appointed by Governor?)

Both appointed by Tom Wolf

2019 - Kathy Boockvar (D)

Looks like Dominion certified in 2019. This one could have been started before she took office:

Wisconsin

1983 - Douglas J. LaFollette

As long as this guy has been there….

Complaints were made before the election:

https://www.kob.com/national-news/judge-wont-order-immediate-switch-to-hand-marked-ballots/5891887/

(Note that some machines mark the ballot for the voter- there is no way to recount/audit with ballots marked by the machine. And really brings into question sharpiegate- where someone did not want ballots marked by voters to make it through where voters were able to mark their own ballots)
