It was explained several times already why all the "criminals" just cannot be jailed yet. The right moment is close, but it has not happened yet. The arrests need to go viral and public, so that in order the whole world, the public knows about this. Imagine the happening of the arrests and the public still being distracted by nonsensical topics about whatever. The media has to be forced to focus on that moment; When the arrests happen. For this to happen, everything has to be coordinated accordingly. The better the coordination, the longer the time and patience.
