Jenna implied that Lin was NOT following the constitution and the law in his statements. She is wrong and that could come from the fact that she is still a baby lawyer..it is not "insulting" to point out someone's age in regard to their lack of experience. His response was spot on. Our laws do allow for firing squad… so what rogue idea is she trying to stick onto Lin? Is she upset that it is Pence that Lin is stating should be tried and executed or is it that she doesn't want anyone killed by the government. If the latter, then where the hell has she been when, for years, hundreds of people are executed under the States' criminal laws?
welll then.. you are "impugning" Lin by ASSuming" he doesnt have proof. The "proof/ evidence of treason will come in a "trial" and if proven then, yes he should be executed in accordance with the law-same as any other citizen. "Politicians" should not be treated differently then anyone else. As a matter of fact, they should be held at a higher standard–re: the oath they take to uphold the constitution and laws of this country. Maybe that is why the punishment of execution for treason is an option in the code.
