i never understood bitcoin, if the computers go down, get erased, etc. How will their digital bux be able to be spent in the real world. Metals at least have tangible value. It would be akin to paying "money" in a game to get their money and then for some reason the game no longer works, you donot get a refund even if you have the resources invested into the game.
