Pence will not decide anything. He can't for optics reasons. If he overturns the overturned election, it's war. Think about it. Reverse the rolls. What if media loved Trump and had him the projected winner all this time? What if the E.C. voted for Trump and gave him the 270 he needed? What if at the last minute, the Democrat Vice-President threw out the votes and gave them to himself? What would America think about this? War?

Pence can not do anything. It's all for optics. But what CAN happen is that Biden concedes between now and the 20th. If they put enough pressure on Biden to get him to conceed, then it's Game Over. No riots. No warfare. Swift and Clean like Q said.
