I should have saved the link, but sometime ago there was a user who used this URL shortening service which really bypassed censorship.
The link preview just had the name of the URL service.
When you clicked on the link, it went to a page where a few seconds elapsed before going to the target page.
Twatter didn't censor this site. I'll see if I can find it and share but getting no luck finding it.

No - I think it was a URL service connected to blockchain or something.

What I remember is after clicking on the link, you get to an intermediary waiting page where it says "retrieving link or something like that". Then after a while you get redirected to the actual page.
The intermediary page was kind of like Protonmail page you see after sign up and they are "creating" your account.
