nothing we don't already have here in US. section 8 housing. it's NOT for the poor to get a place to live, it's to give taxpayer money to the PROPERTY OWNERS.

frenanon had multiple single family house rental properties. prospective tenant asked if a particular house qualified for section 8. had inspector come and look at house, approved it, but objected to the monthly rent that was listed, BECAUSE IT WAS TOO LOW. gov't INSISTED the rent be RAISED by $200/mo. frenanon refused to raise rent, was not approved for section 8.

seen every one of his movies, and most all personal appearances on talk shows, variety shows, etc. anon is right, he was NOT an actor. he was a movie star. played SAME character in EVERY movie. some were great movies, but that's mainly thanks to the screenwriter.

i live ~ 50 miles from a major urban center, and vacant land goes for $500-2000/acre. how can they cost hundreds of thousands?

small factory town, but all the factories are gone. houses are row houses. back yard big enough for a picnic table, almost.

when i got a drivers license, min wage was $2 and gasoline was 20¢. ONE HOUR = 10 gallons of gasoline. what's the price of gasoline today? how do you get to work w/o a car?
