Vegasfag here, I was the lead-acquisition-agent for Colony Capital, Tom Barrack CEO, back in 2010-2011. I sold Colony Capital 1300 homes in eleven months under the moniker of Colfin. These fuckers bought homes at 45% of the apex of of the market. Currently, Las Vegas is at 85% of the apex. I don't know the source of the capital, but these guys bought every short-sale and REO I could put in front them. I resigned after 10 months, providing a 30-day notice, but this Conglomerate continued to purchase an additional 1400+ hones over the next 12 months, or so. Ten years later, I am wondering where their capital originate from?
Hence my post! If one were to check the Clark County Register and search Colfin*, it will show their entire ownership of real estate. I smell something really bad. Barrack was was part of POTUS's inner-circle early on. However, I have not seen his name surface in quite a bit. I am MAGA to the core, and do not think Potus is protecting this guy. But I will say this, Colony Capital was very active in purchasing as many properties in LV as they could. I was approached by Blackstone, and other Hedge Funds after I relinquished my role. I know people who helped (((them))) acquire assets. These fuckers were earning in excess of 10% cash-on-cash returns. Rental rates have increased 40% since 2010, and values have increased nearly 100%. The Capital Source fucking robbed the common folk of their homes and made money off of other's misery!! POTUS, bring the fuckers to justice!!
