Have you looked at these? The majority are OUT OF COUNTRY. (Iran, Kazikstan, Dubai, Venezuala, Afghanistan, Pakistan, BAngledesh, Hong Kong, UK, Cominican Republic, Columbia, China) Not really sure what that means.
Many of these people have multiple passports.
