The libs aren't necessarily arguing that the inauguration date can't be changed. They are arguing that the Trump/Pence term must (shall) end on January 20.
They argue if there is no decision on who new president is, then Pelosi resigns as speaker and becomes acting POTUS.
But…….how can there be no decision, If , as they contend, Pence has no Power to do anything about electors?
Isn't new house of representatives sworn in today?
What if new congress can't decide who to elect as speaker?
Rumors say Pelosi doesn't have votes.
What if no speaker is elected by 20th and no president is decided either,
What if Pelosi and schiff and other Democrats are arrested for election fraud before jan 6 or 20?
