the main one being is purports to permit congress to decide the fate of the contested electors

the procedure of objecting is in there too prolly ok

also calls for separate sessions to consider each objection

the ringer is in this law if BOTH houses do not agree to throw out an elector slate the one certified by the STATE stands automatically
