Why the vote pause, and now the uptick in activity in the chamber?
I don't think they reset the numbers for group 2. I think the total right now from both is 61-57
So when they call someone's name (Issa) and nobody responds, that means they aren't there to vote and their vote isn't counted? I've heard at least a dozen get called that didn't respond.
