Did recon on the tent city near Foggy Bottom but it was a pisser of a day. Rainy and chilly so nobody was out for me to determine if it’s a homeless camp or pantifa/BLM. The back half looked more permanent but the front half had some nicer/newer looking tents. On a positive note, there was a Port-a-Potty there but would be quite a hike from the ellipse.

They are making the metro a nightmare- plan on really long waits.
