Did the Obama FBI/DOJ holdovers, or any other governmental entity, invoke the STATE SECRETS PRIVILEGE iwhen they put the wheels in motion RE: Trump/Russian collusion process that eventually led to the FISA Court WARRANTS and other investigations of same?

Is the reason James Comey, Jon Brennan, James Clapper and others care allowed to brazenly lie to POTUS and mislead the public because they have cover by this very STATE SECRETS PRIVILEGE?

If they are using the STATE SECRETS PRIVILEGE against POTUS on the basis that he committed treason HOW is POTUS able to defend himself when he is not allowed to see the evidence against him?
