RUBY FREEMAN: WaPo Censors Trump Saying Name Of Alleged Georgia Voter Fraud Ringleader In Contentious Phone Call

"She's a vote scammer, a professional vote scammer and hustler," said President Trump in the leaked phone call with Raffensperger.

The Washington Post appeared to deliberately bleep out Trump saying the names of Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, the women seen in the viral Georgia security video potentially committing criminal voter fraud, in a leaked call with Gerogia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger.

“We had at least 18 thousand that’s on tape. We had them counted very painstakingly. 18 thousand voters having to do with (bleep). She’s a vote scammer, a professional vote scammer and hustler, (bleep). That was the tape that has been shown all over the world, that makes everybody look bad,” said President Trump.

The President appeared to be referencing the name of Shaye Moss, the woman identified by National File as the supervisor and daughter of vote counter Ruby Freeman. The two women were caught on a security video allegedly counting the same ballots over and over after poll observers were instructed to leave.

Freeman had previously stated on Facebook that “Y’all want to know who my supervisor is over here? It’s my daughter, but I just do what she say do and it’s her show baby, it’s her show.” Freeman also identified her daughter on the November 2 edition of The Atlanta Journal-Constitution, writing that she, as “Supervisor of registration,” was “giving that look to the employees.”

Most importantly, National File was able to track down a New York Times article in which Moss was identified as “Fulton County employee Shaye Moss,” who “scanned mail-in paper ballots at the Georgia World Congress Center during the Georgia primary elections in Atlanta” in June.

Cornyn Still Silent On His False Claims About Constitution, Contingent Elections

Cornyn still will not correct his false claim that a contingent election would allow Nancy Pelosi and House Democrats to select the winner.

Yesterday, National File reported that Sen. John Cornyn (TX) flippantly offered a demonstrably false summary of the 12th Amendment when he claimed that, in the event of a contingent election, House Speaker Nancy Pelosi and Democrat representatives would pick the next President.

As National File reported yesterday, we contacted Cornyn’s office at 2:02 p.m. on Saturday to offer the sitting U.S. Senator the opportunity to read an excerpt of the U.S. Constitution and correct his completely incorrect statement.

While speaking to a Politico reporter, Cornyn claimed, incorrectly, “I confirmed yesterday that if in fact some of the certified votes are not counted and nobody gets to 270 that Nancy Pelosi and the Democratically-controlled House of Representatives gets to choose the next president.”

This is fundamentally false, and easily provable by reading the U.S. Constitution. In an effort to help educate the U.S. Senator, National File provided the relevant excerpt of the 12th Amendment to Cornyn in our email.

According to the 12th Amendment, “if no person have such majority, then from the persons having the highest numbers not exceeding three on the list of those voted for as President, the House of Representatives shall choose immediately, by ballot, the President. But in choosing the President, the votes shall be taken by states, the representation from each state having one vote”.

This means that each state represented in the House only has one vote. As National File has previously reported, “While the House of Representatives has more representatives based on population, there are currently 27 states that have sent Republican representatives to the House, and 20 states that have sent Democratic representatives to the House. Three states have an even split.”

This would almost certainly result in a victory for President Donald Trump, secured by Republican representatives.

Over 24 hours after our attempt to glean comment from Cornyn, we have received no response.

In fact, Cornyn seems to have doubled down on his unproven claim that Joe Biden won the 2020 election.

Nancy Pelosi Promises to Advance Racial Justice, Environmental Justice in New Congressional Term

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) promised Sunday to advance racial, economic, and environmental justice during the new congressional term.

Pelosi delivered her speech after the House of Representatives elected her to lead the House; however, Pelosi enters the 117th with a slimmer majority, giving her less leverage against House Republicans. Further, Pelosi reportedly failed to secure a majority of House representatives to vote for her for Speaker.

Pelosi thanked Democrats for the “confidence” they placed in electing her Speaker.

The California Democrat also expressed praise in serving as Speaker “of the most diverse House of Representatives in the history of our country, with a record-shattering 122 women.”

Pelosi said that now “is certainly a time for our nation to heal” and noted that the House’s most “urgent priority will continue to be defeating the coronavirus. And defeat it, we will.”

Pelosi said that many of the country’s essential workers come from “communities of color and low wealth” and that we “must be there for them.”

She said that the House of Representatives will pursue economic, racial, and environmental justice during the 117th Congress.

Pelosi said:

To build back better in a way that advances justices in America. Indeed the pandemic has pulled back the curtain on and showing and even worsened the disparities in our society. We must pursue justice, economic justice, justice in health, racial justice, environmental and climate justice; the list goes on.

For instance, Pelosi has promised to hold a vote to repeal the Hyde Amendment during the new congressional term. She said it’s “long overdue” to eliminate the Hyde Amendment.

Rep. Rosa DeLauro (D-CT), who will chair the House Appropriations Committee in January, said in December that the Hyde Amendment is a “discriminatory policy” because, allegedly, many minority women lack the funding to pay for an abortion.

Rep. Jim Banks (R-IN) noted that should Democrats successfully eliminate the Hyde Amendment, then American taxpayers would be funding abortions.

Trump Sues Georgia Secretary Of State Raffensperger Over Leaked Phone Call

President Trump has filed two lawsuits against Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger over a leaked phone call obtained and published by the Washington Post on Sunday, in which Trump badgered the Georgia official over election fraud.

"President @realDonaldTrump has filed two lawsuits - federal and state - against @GaSecofState," tweeted Georgia Republican Party Chairman David Shafer.

At one point in the call, which took place just days before the state's January 5 Senate runoffs, Trump reportedly tells Raffensperger "All I want to do is this. I just want to find 11,780 votes, which is one more than we have. Because we won the state," referring to Biden's win by 11,779 votes.

We're guessing, but who knows, Trump was suggesting that in a state plagued with widespread accusations of voter fraud, including claims that batches of 100% Biden ballots were processed while Trump ballots were tossed or destroyed, that Raffensperger could simply 'find' enough uncounted Trump ballots to overcome the fraud.

Shafer then accused the Post of misrepresenting the phone call by "heavily editing" it to omit a portion where it was allegedly made clear the discussion was for the purposes of settling litigation, and therefore confidential under federal and state law, to which The Post's Amy Gardner replied, "This is false. We published the entirety of the call, from start to finish."
