Mark is a clown!

He had another call with another phone listening in that's why Mark's voice was so clear.

HE could of had the WaPost reporters phone or a burner.

Remember The echo!

The echo happened from his line in-call to the WH.

The echoing was GOOD GUYS letting POTUS know they were being recorded and somebody else was listening in.

If you have a phone call and you are on "speaker phone", and another phone on "speaker phone" in a very close proximity you will get a loop echo.

Meadow voice was so clear and loud, the echo and disruption you could hear Mark Move away in the tape.
