I just read the full document section. It says that if the 2 houses of congress absolutely cannot agree in separate concurrency on dueling lawful electors, that the decision goes to the executive of that state, being the GOVERNOR. this seems to be the logical outcome if the repub senate and dem house vote on their party lines.
It also seems to say that the whole process goes state by state in alph order, and when a state is objected to, the whole process stops until a decision is made by the houses of congress in separate concurrency, or by the governor, on that state. And then they can move onto the next state. This means it will NOT END on the 6th but be dragged out.

Now, i am not a doubter, i have full faith in the lord, full stop.
I do not know when and how the victory for trump will play out, but am of course certain it will.
This is just info on the const. process in a technical sense, not a prediction. It seems like they could drop the moab and easily swing the votes. Either way god wins.
