Those last two docs show his name being edited out of the report from the HSCA. At first it says that he was NOT CIA and then they remove his name altogether. Hmmm, tells me he was deep cover for CIA and facilitating Oswalds movements while in Russia. Matlock went on the become the Ambassador to the U.S.S.R. under Reagan. His middle name, Foust, and the Foust(Fist) coat of arms really activated my almonds. There is a picture of Oswald making the same clenched fist as the Foust coat of arms.
