It might be better to have each thread embedded somehow with keyword labels where they would apply. I don't know how, but then people could just read the entire thread and search for the keyword applying to their specialty. Or the keywords could end with a question mark and be used by everyone to signal that something might apply to a specialist. This might be something for further down the road, if this keeps on.
