wtf you on about? They've had that tech in black projects for decades. That's how they utilize slave labour in some of the SSPs. Grow a clone in the lab, abduct someone, copy/paste their consciousness (neuroanatomical brain map) into the clone body, subject the clone to MK ULTRA programming for a while, and BOOM, you've now got a conscious slave clone who will follow orders for their years of service, or else.
