It's frustrating to not have enough info to break a code. Good for you for trying. But you're adding things to it that aren't there.

It could be a user ID on another board as far as that goes. Just not enough info and that's the way it is suppose to be.

if you treat those numbers like an algebraic equation, then you have to do whatever manipulation to both sides. to make it equal, right? Without following "rules" then you end up randomly adding stuff together and eventually you can make anything work. Just won't be right. If, you add +9 to one side, you have to add it to the other side is all I'm saying

As for BDT, it can be used because it has been used many times by Q. It has multiple meanings. Time or currency. Currency doesn't make sense in this application.

For argument sake, let's say you were correct in BDT=23. Still not enough info to know what that means.

In the context of that post, I take it to mean poster is trying to make contact with Q team. It would make more sense that poster gave a user ID # to a thread we know nothing about.

Just my opinion.

I did some digging on Security Clearance yesterday. You might find it interesting that clearance is not given for a person, but a job. The exception being whoever the President also wants to have "read in".

Did you know that members of Congress are not required to have security clearance? Neither is Supreme Court judges.

A Senator is different than Judicial. I'm pretty sure If he is under the direction/control of UCMJ, he could not prosecute civilians. I have no proof, however.
