I used to grow it, between it and cannabis it has kept me out of pain management.
It requires medium light levels (not as much as flowering cannabis/tomatoes/peppers) which is the easy part. It also requires extremely high humidity levels 75%+ which can be hardened off to about 50% but they do not grow as well. The easiest way to achieve this is with one of those cheap greenhouse kits with the shelves in it. In the bottom you place a bucket with fresh water and a large air stone (need a better pump then what is at walmart) this will keep the humidity up.
It grows super slow at first but once it takes off it is super easy to clone. You can literally use a single leave in dirt to clone. I ended up moving across the country and could not maintain conditions on the trip so have not grown since.
