12th Amendment State's election

On Jan 6th, at least 12 Senators and >100 House Reps are committed to object to election fraud in the 6 swing states.

Swing states sent dueling electors.

VP Pence, may refuse to choose which dueling electors to count. He throws out all dueling electors from those swing states since those states legislatures probably will cowardly refuse to Constitutionally declare and submit to VP which are the legit electors.

This forces a 12th amendment election… each of the 50 states gets 1 vote. State legislatures must tell the VP what which candidate their vote is cast.

Republicans control a majority of the state legislatures.
