Is the first Senator Loeffler said she was going to vote against the electoral college votes?
She called it an announcement.
Doesn't seem to enthused about it. Said it and moved on to the subject of her election.

The thing is the law says the President of the Senate must open all Electoral votes sent by the states.
The question is, 7 states have sent conflicting electors.
Only Nixon was faced with this issue before. And to get around it, he asked the congress if he could not open his own votes. It caused no controversy at the the time because he was behind Kennedy by 100 electoral votes, so it didn't matter.
But Pence has a lot of leeway with the letter of the law that he must open ALL electoral votes.
Be interesting how he handles that.
