When Kappy first came on the scene he was asking people to volunteer to come to protect and help him. This was after Seth Rich and PizzaGate. I reached out via twitter because at the time I lived pretty close to where he was and offered to help if I could. I was using an anonymous twitter account when I messaged him. The first thing he asked was for me to send a picture ID and background information. I immediately thought "red flag" and cut off comms with him.
Take from that what you will.
I suspected Kappy - THE ACTOR - who had been in Hwood for years was a honeypot meant to draw in researchers that were digging on Pizzagate and Seth Rich and have been very suspect of him since. To me he was putting on an act and using peoples good will against them.

In that situation I don't believe they would have, once the operation had run its course fake the death, and he moves overseas having just completed the "role" of his life.
