Former MT Governor Schweitzer bragged that to a group of lawyers that he stole the election for Tester in 2006 and the (Democrat) AG said "I don't see any there, there." Schweitzer said it was just a joke. Ha ha that's hilarious. Except he was probably being honest.

Outagamie is Appleton. Brown is Green Bay. All of these counties included in the exercise are population centers.
