My thoughts were he looked dead on the bridge, if positioned for sitting before rigor mortis sets in its entirely possible that he was placed on the bridge after RM and as the muscles released he fell.. The skin color doesnt seem to support that but he definitely looks dead on the bridge so maybe a chemical was used
