Aspiration is fluid in the lungs due to inhaling or trauma.
For a fall that far, there would have probably been blood coming out of his ears, mouth and nose, esp with aspiration.
Not to mention on the ground, easy to have blood on most equipment through operator handling.

One of the worst ones I've had was a guy who fell head first down a lift well on stage.. good 25-30 ft drop. Landed on his head. Made it alive all the way to OR. Didn't make it out.
