that's the thing.

 

Even if a phone is not rooted/jailbroken… If it allows the exploits that make it possible, it is no different than actually being hacked. The hackers merely have to do an extra step. Because the ability to even do it means the device is susceptible.

 

And there are plenty of website-based hacks to do it.

You did, and I agree. just expanded on the idea because a lot of people just do not understand that just because it isn't hacked by them personally… doesn't mean anything in 2021.
