I can confirm that the network equipment in AT&T building was damaged by water not fire, but he's wrong when he says building itself was not damaged. I have seen 2 pics from inside showing damage to cinder block walls. The wall held back the explosion for the most part, but they'll probably have to rebuild some sections.
