Rep. Wagner: ‘Congress has a constitutional duty to approve the electors sent by the states’

This morning, Republican Congresswoman Ann Wagner was on a St. Louis radio station stating she "will not join four other Missouri members of the US Congress in contesting the Electoral College results. In a statement, Wagner said interfering with the certification would go against the Constitution and her oath of office.There are many folks that firmly disagree with the Congresswoman’s decision."

MO State Rep. Justin Hill joined the fight to contest the election stating: “Georgia and Pennsylvania owe it to Missouri to get it right,” says Hill.

On December 31, 2020 4 Missouri members of Congress stated they will object to the certification on January 6th:

Congresswoman Vicki Hartzler, MO 4th District

Congressman Sam Graves, MO 6th District

Congressman Billy Long, MO 7th District

Congressman Jason Smith, MO 8th District

Kudos to the U.S. Representatives and Senators that realize their votes impact not only their home state, but the neighboring states and the Nation.
