The only people with power to delete posts are the moderators/Board Owner/Board Volunteer(s). It's my bread but I cannot delete junk that's posted here. (But I don't harvest the junk into the mega database.)
If you see a meme that should be deleted, you can click the triangle and Report it, requesting mods to delete it.
Basically it's on every anon to use common sense and select the memes that will work for your particular audience: the right topic, the right timing, the right graphics, the right text, the right slant. If a meme isn't good, just don't use it.
