So the “bomb” was a pretext to get inside the building and destroy equipment by drowning it? Who gave the instructions to the fire dept? What was the tech in that building doing? Was it Huawei kit/otherwise compromised? Was it feeding comms traffic to China? Or was this a clean up operation by bad guys? The FBI are reported to have been doing their usual: requiring deletion of images/video taken by the public.
