Digg on Atlanta168.com where Brad Raffensperger was spotted begging for Chinese votes - Alibaba and Tencent connections

An anon noticed yesterday that in the pictures and videos that were reported by the National File with Brad Raffensperger begging the Chinese for votes contained "atlanta168.com". Atlanta168 is supposedly a site where the Chinese can get their news.

Upon investigation of atlanta168.com, its host IP is 162.241.142.64 which is also used by chaoxi.net:

  • atlanta168.com → DNS server hosted in the US by BIZLAND (now known as Endurance International Group). Email server is hosted by eigbox.net (owned by Endurance International Group).

  • chaoxi.net → DNS server hosted in China by Alibaba; registered in Zhe Jiang province in China. Email server is hosted by QQ.com (owned by Tencent). Whois record for domain

In layman's terms, you have a repository of data hosted by Endurance International Group in the US. This repository can be accessed via atlanta168.com which was also registered in the US or chaoxi.net which was registered in China. Individuals associated with these websites have email addresses where the repository of emails is stored in the US (if their email ends in @atlanta168.com) or China (if their email ends in @chaoxi.net).

Upon digging into video, it also appears that the individual who posted the video on YouTube of Brad Raffensperger has about 11 years of video footage on YouTube. The majority of these videos have "Atlanta168" in the title of the video. Video topics range from real estate, China cultural events in Atlanta, and college application tips. In a brief review of the video footage, here are some of the events filmed:

  • Georgia China Alliance - Trade Seminar Details https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fqldKWNiazU

  • Hongmei (May) Gao of Kennesaw State University leading a Symposium Asia-USA Partnership Opportunities with her colleague. She later held a "Doing in Business" all-day forum at the White House on May 20, 2013 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5N0FYqBw7dg

  • Nathan Deal (82nd Governor of Georgia) begging Chinese voters to vote in November 2010 and also indicating that he "knows some of" the leadership of China and has met many of them on several occasions https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=K6v-49scR-E

Now tying all this information back to Brad Raffensperger and the infiltration of the CCP over the years. In addition to the blackmail where children are involved, these sites could be a venue for the CCP to monitor the progress of things overseas. By having a domain name (URL) that is accessible in mainland China, citizens can then be duped into thinking that the CCP is a good party and that America is working with them. The videos on college application tips and real estate tips and the process to own a home in America is valuable to the hands of bad actors. This is how you subvert a nation - using the processes which have been created and then finding loopholes to work against the system. Slowly you can then own and ruin the nation this way. Just my thoughts.

Quebec headed for full lockdown, with curfews beginning Saturday

https://montrealgazette.com/news/local-news/quebec-headed-for-full-lockdown-curfews-beginning-saturday-report

As health experts warn that the pandemic is out of control in Quebec and hospitalizations for COVID-19 continue to mount, Premier François Legault is expected to announce a provincewide lockdown Wednesday.

Quoting sources within the government, La Presse reported the upcoming announcement Tuesday. The lockdown is expected to last three to four weeks and extend to schools, offices, construction work and all other businesses deemed non-essential.

According to the report, provincial health officials also want to impose a curfew that would begin at 8 or 9 p.m. and continue until morning.

While they questioned why the province didn’t act sooner, public health experts who spoke to the Montreal Gazette Tuesday welcomed the new measures.

Dr. Donald Sheppard, chair of the department of microbiology and immunology in McGill’s faculty of medicine, said the lockdown should have been implemented in mid-December, when new infections began to surge.

“My reaction is relief that they’re finally doing what needs to be done, but with incredible frustration that it’s so late,” Sheppard said in an interview.

“The reality is we know the case numbers and hospitalizations are going to keep going up for a minimum of two to four weeks once this starts.”

Sheppard urged the government to be straightforward in its announcement on Wednesday and to be clear, from the outset, how long the lockdown will be in effect and why it’s important.

Any lockdown less than a month long would be inefficient, he added.

“A real lockdown, to have a meaningful effect, takes a minimum of four weeks,” Sheppard said. “We saw it ourselves in the spring, and it’s been seen around the world. It’s based on science.”
