Starting with the UAE burn down. This is how it looks now.

It doesn't seem there is a change of ownership, so the UAE is rebuilding it. Very exclusive street. One odd thing is the trailer adjacent. In the trailer pic, the construction is to the left. How many residential home construction projects have a trailer?

Also odd, a permit should be displayed, but I couldn't find one, it wanted to see it. I looked it up. Its a demolition permit. But I can't find the building permit under the 818 turkey run rd address. I did notice mention of 820, so I looked up 820, and bingo, there's the building permit.

So I looked up 820 on Zillow, and there is no change of ownership since 2011. They owned both properties next door to each other.
