Go to :26 and see where Ivanka's left hand does a sign language Q (pic 1), then she does a Quirley Que (pic 2) with her index finger. At that moment Kimberly makes the sign language Q (pic 3) and holds it there. Kimberley then does the air Quirley Que with her right hand.

Jr. seems to be signaling a Q (pic 4) with his right hand, but not definitive enough.
