China Arrests US Lawyer During "Massive Crackdown" In Hong Kong

Update 11:00pm ET: In what would be a shocking development, Bloomberg reports that during its "massive crackdown" purging countless local activists and politicians, the Hong Kong police - i.e. China - has arrested American Lawyer, John Clancey, using as a pretext the National Security Law, which everyone warned China would use as strawman to crack down on Hong Kong citizens and activists. Well, it now appears that the emboldened Beijing - which is delighted by the ascent of pro-China pushover Joe Biden to the White House - is also using that law to arrest American citizens.

In response, Biden's nominee for Secretary of State Anthony Blinken sent out a harshly worded tweet, warning China that the "Biden-Harris administration will stand with the people of Hong Kong and against Beijing’s crackdown on democracy."

DeKalb County Georgia is Re-Scanning Advance Ballots Because of ‘Memory Card Issue’

Scandal-plagued DeKalb County is rescanning advance ballots in Georgia’s senate race because of a “memory card issue.”

DeKalb County fired an election manager after a series of errors in the audit of ballots in November.

“Due to technical issues, the remaining 19,000 ballots must be manually scanned in order to be tabulated and added to the total vote count. Georgia’s voting system provides built-in safeguards, in the form of paper ballots that allow us to quickly process ballots that are electronically cast,” the county said in a statement shared by Alec McQuade of 11 Alive News. “These outstanding paper ballots are currently being scanned and the tabulation will be completed as quickly as possible and in compliance with state guidelines.”

A county statement in November when the election manager was fired said that, “it has come to our attention that a DeKalb VRE manager, who is now a former employee, failed to follow our established protocols and blatantly disregarded the required processes we utilize to account for and record all legal and verified ballots.”

DeKalb County election observers also caught an impossible batch of votes for Joe Biden.

At The Highest Levels – Part 1 of 3

This is the kind of series I’d hope I’d never have to write.

And yet, here we are. After three years of doing my best to serve the groundswell that is the Patriot movement in the United States, and six total, being on the total warpath for Trump, I must now bring to you what are possibly the most important articles I will ever have to write which will reveal corruption, and contempt for the American people at the highest levels. This will be a three part series, released over the next few hours, so please, pay close attention to everything I’m about to tell you, because the future of the Republic now hangs in the balance.

I also sincerely hope that everyone Marching and demonstrating in DC today takes the time to read this and inform everyone around them about this series, as you will not know what to do unless you read them. The information contained within will be that vital, and you must understand it.

But I need to set the stage first. To understand everything I’m about to tell you, we have to go back; back to the fateful night of July 26th, 2016, when the then 27-year-old Seth Rich was found with two gunshot wounds in his back in the Bloomingdale neighborhood in DC, near his favorite bar.

Rich would succumb to his wounds shortly thereafter, leading to rampant speculation as to the motive for his murder, and despite his family suing various individuals and corporations along the way, many were still left thinking that Rich was murdered by the the DNC and the Clinton Machine for, they speculated, leaking incriminating DNC files to Julian Assange and Wikileaks, eventually causing Hillary to lose the 2016 election, and to fuel the then-nascent Pizzagate investigations, as millions of concerned patriots became aware of just what exactly these leaked e-mails implied. After much research and deliberation, a large contingent of the community would go on to posit that two MS-13 gang members had been involved in the murder of Seth Rich, acting as guns for hire in a not-so-random hit. Two potential suspects would turn up dead in a nearby area shortly thereafter; perhaps the result of a kind of clean-up job.

So the emails were out in the wild, Hillary would lose, Pizzagate would take off, and Seth Rich would end up dead. That was how this series of events was understood by many, and for many, that’s precisely where it all ended. Many would go on to honor Rich’s memory, but the case was effectively dead and most of the world had moved on.

That is, until today.

Thanks to new whistleblower testimony, a connection has come to light.

Joseph Risoti

Joseph Risoti is a DEA agent, and according to the whistleblower, someone considered a “cleaner” by higher ups in Washington D.C.

According to whistleblower testimony I have now received, Joseph Risoti is, in fact, the man who hired two MS-13 agents to shake down Seth Rich that fateful night. The intention that night, according to the whistleblower, wasn’t to murder Rich, but to scare him into submission and shake him down for a USB key he was supposedly still carrying on his person – perhaps containing even more revelations, and destined for Wikileaks? Instead, what ended up happening was Rich fought back and then ran when confronted by the armed men, and was subsequently shot in the back by the panicked MS-13 goons.

Risoti was supposedly on the scene, overseeing the whole debacle.

Finchem Reveals Plan for Arizona to Take Back Legislative Power to Assign Electoral College Votes WITHOUT Special Session

A majority of the Arizona House and Senate could draft a memo to the Vice President expressing their will to take their Electors back

Arizona Representative Mark Finchem exclusively revealed how the state can take back its legislative power to assign Electoral College votes without the need of a special session.

Arizona, as one of the many states that is being contested due to severe electoral irregularities and voter fraud, is currently seeing a push to decertify their 11 Electoral College votes for Joe Biden. However, as Governor Doug Ducey has not called the Arizona Legislature back early, they cannot currently vote on the matter – the new session is scheduled to start on January 11th.

The Arizona constitution states that in order for the legislature to call themselves into a special session, a super majority of two-thirds would be required. A legal brief, written by Arizona State Representative Mark Finchem, disputes this.

As National File reported, the brief, which was originally disseminated among Arizona legislators, argues that the American Constitution is the supreme law of the land, not the state’s constitution, therefore meaning that the Arizona Legislature is not bound by its own statutes to call itself into a special session to decertify fraudulent votes.

Speaking exclusively to National File, Finchem also revealed a way that the legislature could bypass using a special session altogether if the legislative leadership “refuses to recognize [that they don’t need a super majority] under the legal theory” that he wrote the memo on:

To fulfill our federal duty we cannot be tied to a state statute that is designed to remedy state issues. We’re not tethered to that. If we can’t get a two-thirds majority, and they’re married to that idea, and we can’t get the govenror to call a special session, let’s go back and revisit the term “manner.” The legislature has plenary power to define “manner”…

If the legislature is solely responsible, with plenary power, for defining the manner in which electors will be transmitted to the Congress, that means the legislature- in my view – could, with a simple majority, craft a legislative memo to the Vice President and to the Arizona caucus, and state representatives, and say “We, as a majority, of the House and the Senate… inform the Vice President and the Arizona Caucus that, due to irreconcilable fraud, the evidence of which is attached to this memo, we are informing you that it is our desire to reclaim our Electoral College electors, and at the very least, do not consider any Arizona electors. But, based upon the evidence we’re presenting, Mr. Vice President you may feel comfortable in knowing that Donald Trump was the rightful winner of this contest.”

It is important to note that Finchem said that such a move to take back Electoral College votes with a memo should ideally be backed up by a forensic audit, so that the Arizona legislators can “point to exact ballots that are fraudulent.” He described the audit as “critically important” to reach the threshold of a preponderance of evidence, “enough for a court to say ‘there’s fire here, not just smoke’.”
