The Holy Spirit is the seven seals which seal the little book in Revelation 5 & 6. As the seals are opened, the revealing of the Lord happens through each of us. And the opening of the seals brings the Father out of the invisible realm of thought and into the visible realm of "doing" where we now abide in the Father. In other words, the seals must be loosed in order for us to step inside and be protected by the seal itself (Holy Spirit).
Consider canning fruit. You have fruit which is cleaned and prepared. You cook the fruit in a pressure cooker. After extreme heat and pressure is applied, the fruit is put into glass containers and sealed. If done according to the instructions, that fruit will last forever because the sealing process has preserved it.
The same is true as the Father in us is revealed by way of the Son. Together, by hearing and doing, we are given the Spirit of the Father to walk in…that is to say, the Holy Spirit. We bring forth the fruit preserves. (Fruit of the Spirit preserves.)
"The words of the Lord are pure words: as silver is tried in a furnace of earth, purified seven times. Thou shalt keep them, thou shalt preserve them from this generation forever."
