The eldest son (now deceased), Raymon Hilman, was a minister of the Apostolic Lutheran Church, with service spanning more than 70 years too. The Hilman family is also active in the farming community.

It came from the Ontario COVID-19 Science Advisory Table (https://covid19-sciencetable.ca), with projections from the COVID-19 ModCollab (https://covid-19-mc.ca).
The Science Advisory Table is headed by the Dean of the Dalla Lana School of Public Health and Brian Schwartz, the VP of Public Health Ontario. Non-partisan, you say.
What does epidemiology, public health, and AI all have in common? They all use math. 1-on-1 medicine? Optional.
The Science Advisory table is also partners with individuals who are involved in pushing the same narrative.
In the Dec 19th COVID projection from the Science Advisory Table, they cited the model from the COVID-19 ModCollab.
The ModCollab drew a causal relationship between cases in Victoria, Australia and their lockdown measures where individuals are limited to 1hr exercise/day. The cases are always cited and not the deaths. Deaths are at an all-time low in Ontario, even for those who were 85+ years old at time of death. One of ModCollab's models even has an option for an Italy-like situation. PCR tests with higher cycles result in false-positives.
Statistics with bad data leads to bad decisions. Garbage in, garbage out.
