I think Neon Revolt just spelled his name wrong or there could be various spellings due to the nature of his work.
Per Neon Revolt, part 1 article it's Joseph Risoti, but per the case he sites it's spelled Rosati.
So if anons are digging on this guy, you might want to use both spellings.

Looks like to me that guy @johnheretohelp is involved with this story. I remember him telling this story of the 2 ms13 guys that were hired by a hired gun (he at that time never mentioned his name). Anyway, I think Comey & Brennen were involved too from the way he told it. This drop today sounds a lot like what johnheretohelp had dropped a while back.
